Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.

Grease a 9 inch glass pie plate.

Open cookie mix into a large bowl. Add the 1/2 cup of butter and work with the blender until it's crumbs.

Use about 2 cups of the crumb mixture to form the pie crust, going up the sides of the pie plate and covering the bottom.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then set aside.

Add 1 tbsp of butter to the remaining crumbs. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and flour and mix well. Then, add the vanilla and egg, beating the mixture until smooth.

In a small bowl, combine the apple pie filling and cinnamon. Stir together.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.

Layer the apple pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture.

Finally, sprinkle the remaining crumbles from the crust on the top evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Pie must cool completely and be refrigerated for 3 hours before serving.
