Moist Banana Bread Recipe

1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk

In medium size bowl mash bananas until creamy and stir in lemon juice. Set aside
In seperate bowl stir dry ingredients together. Cream together the butter and sugars, beat in eggs until combined. Fold in bananas, add vanilla and buttermilk. Beat until combined.
Add dry mixture into wet mixture.Stir just until flour is incorporated, DON'T OVER STIR.
Pour into loaf pans. Toothpick inserted into center should come out clean and bread should be golden on the outside.

Bake in 325 preheated oven
Large loaf pans 1 hr 10 min
Small loaf pand 45-50 minutes

Let cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan to cooling rack.
