2 cups Bisquick
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
⅔ cup of buttermilk
Fresh fruit of your choice (blueberries, dried cranberries, mashed banana etc.)
1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Start with Bisquick in a bowl, 2 tbsp sugar and make a well.
Add beaten egg, combined with buttermilk and vanilla
Mix gently to combine (muffins will be tough if mixed to much).
Add fruit

Fill a greased muffin tin 2/3 full of batter.

Bake in oven 400 º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
