Do not over cook the onions Add ginger, garlic and green chillies Add tomatoes, cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy and oil is oozing from the sides Add yoghurt, kitchen king masala and sugar. Notes: Neel you must get over your onion fetish and enjoy this yummy egg curry. Most of the flavour comes from the rather large quantity of onions used here. Rishi I'm sure will have no issues with this dish Sugar is required in this recipe since both tomatoes and yoghurt have been used which will make the sauce quite sour;sugar will balance the taste If you can tolerate the spice, increase the green chilli or add chilli powder when adding the dry masala; this dish is really good when spicy Make sure the eggs are hard boiled, otherwise it will be messy and wont work for this sauce
