Ingredients:  
1 whole beef tenderloin
2 T butter or olive oil (I use both)
1 T Kosher salt
1 T black pepper
Montreal steak seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. Place beef on pan and pat dry. Spread butter and olive oil on beef with hands. Sprinkle evenly with spices. Roast in oven for 22-25 min. (I cook longer) Remove beef from oven and cover tightly with foil. Allow it to rest for 20 min at room temperature. Slice and serve.
