2 eggs
398 mL of E.D Smith Pure Pumpkin
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell (9 in.)

1. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
2. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt; stir until well combined.
3. Blend in milk.
4. Pour filling in pie shell.
5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 mins.
6. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 30 to 35 mins longer or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool.
