Sweet potatoes Souffle


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups Mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
stick Butter or margarine
cup Sweet milk
1 tsp Butter flavoring
1 tsp orange flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Mash with margarine while hot and pour hot mix in greased baking dish.
Cover with topping. Bake at 350 for 35 min.

1/2 cup Flour
1/3 stick Butter or margarine

Mix and spread over potatoes. Add 1 cup pecans if desired on top
