1 lb fresh baby spinach, washed and drained
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 lb bacon, cut into pieces, cooked and drained
2 hard cooked eggs, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Toss salad ingredients together. Chill until it's time to serve. Add dressing just before serving and toss to coat, or serve dressing on the side.

2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire

Combine ingredients in blender or processor and process until smooth. Chill at least one hour. Stir before serving.

One of Jordan's favorite dinners was this spinach salad with shrimp added to it, along with his favorite grape tomatoes. In fact, it was Jordan's last dinner before we lost him. Thus, it is dedicated to my beloved Jordan.
