1 lb. Ground Beef
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium works great)
1 flat can sliced water chestnuts
1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10oz can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 small white onion; diced
1 can chow mien noodles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly spray an 8x8 oven safe baking dish and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with white onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain if desired.
Add in all ingredients: Water, rice, celery, soy sauce, water chestnuts, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken (or celery) soups; stir to combine.
Cover and heat to bubbling; stir occasionally.

Pour hamburger mixture into baking dish.
Cover with foil.

Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 to cook the rice and keep the mixture hot.

Portion it out and top with chow mien noodles just before serving.
