2 tubes "refrigerator" biscuits, like Pillsbury Grands, any type will work, i.e. regular or flaky
6 to 8 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 tbsp. dried flaked parsley
1 tbsp. dill seed
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Melt butter in a baking dish or pan (Pyrex 8x8 inch works). Lower temp to 325º F if using a dark pan.
Add the cheese and herbs and mix together.
Cut each biscuit into 4, then roll each fourth in the butter/herb mixture and cluster them in the pan.
Bake for 13 to 16 minutes until golden.
This recipe can easily be reduced using just 1 tube of biscuits or increased using a 9x13 inch pan and 3 biscuit tubes. Adjust the butter and cheese/herbs accordingly.

This is a recipe created by my mother, Laura Simmons. She made them when I was a kid as far back as I can remember. I thought everyone knew what "herbed rolls" were...
Variation: "Everything" seasoning in place of the onion and dill seed
