3-4 large potatoes peeled and shredded
1 egg
Lots of dill (I use dried)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shred potatoes (I still remember using that white shredder that we stuck to the counter and had different shredding attachments, it was not electric!)
2. Squeeze out excess water.
3. Add egg and dill, mix
4. Heat pan with some butter, shape the potato pancakes and cook over medium heat, flipping when nice and brown and crisp on one side.
5. Serve with Sour Cream or Ketchup.
