2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
3 Tbsp shortening
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and cheese.Add the buttermilk and mix until all ingredients
are moistened. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch cutter.Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 400 deg.
