1 tsp. ginger (fresh or ground)
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 - 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 - 3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. honey
cup green onions, sliced (3 stalks)
lb. salmon fillet (with or without skin), cut into 2 servings

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, honey, and green onions. Mix well.
Pour over salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill to medium.
Remove salmon from marinade; reserve the marinade.
Pat salmon dry with paper towels and coat salmon with cooking spray.
Place salmon on the grill, skin-side up (if it has skin still on).
Grill 10 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is opaque throughout; turn once.
Brush with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve immediately.
