2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns (shredded and thawed)
1/2 cup butter melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom or chicken
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Thaw potatoes.
Add butter, salt and pepper.
Add onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Mix and put in 9X12 casserole or baking dish
Mix corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter and put on top.
Bake 45 minutes.
