Ingredients:  
Baked graham wafer crust for 9 inch pie or 8x8 inch pan.
(1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs, 3 T sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, mixed, pressed into pan and baked @ 350º 10 min)
1 - 4 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 t salt
1 t lemon juice
1 t vanilla
Small container cool whip
2 cups blueberries (fresh if possible but can use frozen)

Directions:

1. Prepare crust and let cool.
2. Blend cheese, sugar and salt until smooth and fluffy.
3. Add juice, vanilla and cool whip and mix til creamy.
4. Gently fold in blueberries.
5. Pour into baked and cooled crust. Refridgerate.

This was one of Joel's favourites. Quick to make.
Grandma Werner always liked cool whip, so this reminds us of her.
