c buttermilk
1 T hot sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
2 minced garlic cloves
t black pepper
2 t salt
4 chicken breast
1 c bread crumbs
c parmesan cheese, grated
2 T flour
2 t thyme
t paprika
t cayenne pepper
3 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients and add chicken. Marinate 4 hours or overnight. Combine bread crumbs with rest of dry spices. Add 2 T olive oil to dry spices. Remove chicken from marinade and dip in spice mixture. Turn to coat and let sit on wire rack for 20 min. Pour last 1 T oil in dish and preheat oven to 400. Put dish in oven for 5 min. Then put chicken in dish and bake for 30 min or until light brown.
