Ingredients: Turkey Crepes (Terry’s recipe) Crepe: 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp cooking oil ¼ tsp salt
Crepe sauce: 1 (10 ¾ oz) can of condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Dash of ground ginger
Crepe filling: 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken 1 pkg (10 oz) chopped spinach cooked and drained 1 small can mushrooms (optional) ¼ cup sauce

Directions: |
Directions:Crepes Combine above ingredients for crepes in a bowl – beat until well blended – heat a lightly greased 6” skillet – remove from heat – spoon in about 2 tbsp of batter – lift and tilt the skillet to spread batter evenly – return to heat browning only one side – to remove invert pan over paper toweling – remove crepe – repeat with remaining batter to make 16 to 18 crepes - greasing skillet occasionally
Crepe sauce Combine ingredients for crepe sauce in a bowl until well blended
Crepe filling Bake at 350º Mix ingredients for Crepe filling together until well blended –spoon ¼ cup of filling along unbrowned side of each crepe – roll up and place in a 13”x9”x2” baking dish – spoon sauce over crepes – top with slices of cheese – bake until heated through |
