Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pound of thinly sliced pork / beef / shrimp / or chicken
1 package of rice noodles
Chopped peanuts
1/2 pound bean sprouts
Shredded lettuce
Sliced cucumber and other veggies - eg peppers
Fish sauce marinade for meat, green onions and thinly sliced carrots.
(Optional) Pre-prepared egg rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil water, add noodles and boil 2 minutes.
2. Grill or BBQ meat thinly sliced on skewers.
3. Place out 6 bowls. Fill each with noodles.
4. Sprinkle bean sprouts, lettuce and other veggie garnish on noodles.
5. Next add grilled meat and top with peanuts.
6. If using, chop egg rolls in 5 and sprinkle on top.
7. Serve with pitcher of fish sauce with green onions and thinly sliced carrots in it.
