Ingredients:  
1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup dry white wine
4 cloves -- or tsp -- minced garlic
½ tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
4 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 2 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients, except the chicken, in a large bowl.
Add the chicken and stir to coat.
Cover, or place in a large zipper plastic bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
Skewer and grill until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side (if using bamboo skewers, make sure to soak them according to instructions prior to use).
