1 Cup fresh lime juice
1 Cup soy sauce
1 Cup Worcestershire sauce

2 lb skirt or flank steak
2 bell peppers - sliced
2 red peppers - sliced
1 ½ Onions cut into ½ inch rounds

12-15 flour tortillas (taco-size)
Lime wedges and Cilantro as optional garnishes

Directions:

1. Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauces. Add steak, peppers and onion and refrigerate overnight
2. Grill steak and veggies until cooked as desired. Serve with flour tortillas and lime wedges
