1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 Romano cheese, grated
6 egg yoks from jumbo eggs
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and cream to simmer. Turn off heat. Whip in cheese. Slowly whip in egg yoks into cheese mixture. Place back on low heat. Stir constantly. Take sauce off heat so it will thicken.
