1 lemon, juice and rind
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup vinegar
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. A-1 steak sauce or 57 sauce {Optional]
1 - 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
Tabasco sauce [Optional - if you like it hot & spicy.]

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze lemon for juice and add the juice and the whole rind to a saucepan.
Add all ingredients to the saucepan and mix.
Bring to a boil then turn down the heat and simmer the mixture for 2 to 4 hours.
When cooking is done, remove the bay leaf and the lemon rind.

BBQ sauce can be used for ribs, chicken, or in other recipes.
