Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour 1 cup Brown sugar, packed 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt
2 large Eggs 1/2 cup Sour cream 1/3 cup Butter, melted 3/4 cup Milk
1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen whole) 3/4 cup Cooking Apple, diced and peeled
TOPPING 1/3 cup All-purpose flour 3 tbsp Brown sugar, packed 1/4 tsp Ground Allspice 3 tbsp Cold Butter

Directions: |
Directions:Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in the centre.
Combine the next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add to well.
Add raspberries and Apple. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups full.
Topping: combine flour, Brown sugar, and Allspice in small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on batter. Bake in 375º F oven for about 25 min until widen pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 min before removing to wire rack to cool. |
