1 8-oz, can minced clams, (save juice)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch red pepper
Parmesan cheese to taste

6 - 8 clam shells

1. SautÚ all but clams in heavy skillet 5 minutes. Add clams and and juice; stir well. Remove from heat. Spoon into
clam shells. Sprinkle with extra bread crumbs and cheese; add dash of paprika for color.

2...Bake at 350║ for 25-30 min
