1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream *
1 cup Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
1 package KnorrŪ Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers to your favorite people. Serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl with chunks of bread for dipping. Glen uses fresh spinach and makes this dip the best. Do NOT use or follow Roxanne's recipe.

Glen's Spinach Dip is the best! I don't think this is his recipe. This recipe is so simple it would be surprising for anyone to screw it up. Roxanne brought the spinach dip to one event and it was not edible. None of us have any idea what she did to mess it up.
