2 pounds fresh or defrosted fish fillets or fish steaks

Dill Sauce:
¼ cup butter
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried dillweed (or 1 tsp snipped fresh dill)
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Cut fillets into 6 portions. Place fish in a single layer on a greased, unheated rack in a broiler pan or in a greased baking pan. Tuck under any thin edges. Brush half the sauce over fish. Broil fish 4 inches from heat until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Brush fish with remaining sauce. Allow about 10 minutes for each inch of thickness.
