4 cups Mashed Potatoes

8 slices of bread

2 cups gravy (beef or turkey depending on meat)

Make a sandwich with the beef or turkey whichever you choose. Slice in half. Place sandwiches on a plate with enough room to put potatoes in betwwen. Pour gravy over everything. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds per serving
