2 cups mashed potatoes
2/3 cup flour
3 T butter, melted
1/2 t salt
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, butter and salt.
Add enough flour to make a dough without becoming too dry.
Pat dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut dough into circles using a small upside down cereal bowl.
Cut each circle into quarters.
Prick with a fork.
Fry in oil on medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
