Four 1 1/2 inch thick, center-cut pork chops
Garlic salt
1 large egg
1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Season chops with garlic salt.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Place egg and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
Dip chops in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Bake for 40 minutes.
