1 T olive oil
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 T dried Italian seasoning
1 T sugar
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 small can tomato paste
One 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes
One 14.5 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup sweet vermouth
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, garlic, onion, green pepper and seasonings in oil over medium-high heat.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, sauce and vermouth.
Add water to proper consistency.
Simmer for an hour.
