2 cups sugar

3/4 cup white Karo syrup

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups raw peanuts

1 tsp. baking soda

Heavy saucepan

Cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, Karo, water and salt in heavy saucepan. Place on heat and bring to a boil. Add peanuts. Cook until peanuts and brittle are brown. Remove from heat and quickly stir in baking soda. Pour on greased cookie sheet, When cool, break into pieces.
