Crust:
3 egg whites
16 regular saltine crackers crushed
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar

Filling:
3 packages of Dream Whip (small box contains 2 packets - find in Baking aisle)
1 pkg 8 oz Cream cheese + 1 - 3 oz pkg (softened)
2 or 3 small cans of Lemon Pudding (in baking aisle)

Directions:

Crust:

Beat eggs with cream of tartar, add sugar gradually until dissolved. Add crushed crackers and nuts.
Spread in greased 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350 º for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Filling:

Follow directions for Dream Whip and prepare. then mix in softened cream cheese. Spread ½ of mixture
on the cooled crust, then top with lemon pudding, add the remaining half of mixture on top of lemon pudding.

Optional: Top with toasted coconut.

Refrigerate overnight.
