2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 - 14 oz. can chicken broth
2/3 c. whipping cream
2 T. minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in flour, thyme, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually add broth and cream; bring to a boil.
Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbbly.
Drain meatballs on paper towels; transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley.
