1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white corn syrup

4 Tbs. butter

1 large bag of microwave popcorn

1 large mixing bowl

Fix popcorn bag in microwave and dump into mixing bowl

Melt all ingredients in glass bowl. Stirring after 2 minute and then 30 second intervals.

Pour over popcorn, toss and then allow to cool.
