3/4 lb. pork 3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs (soaked in milk)
3 eggs beaten
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped (marjoram_ (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. Romano cheese
1/4 c. olive oil (if sauteed)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl soak bread crumbs in milk to for a minute or 2.
Drain the breadcrumbs and squeeze with your fingers to press out excess moisture.
In a large bowl combine soaked breadcrumbs, beef, pork, eggs, parsley, marjoram, garlic, Romano, salt and pepper and mix with your hands to incorporate. With wet hands, for the mixture into 12 -15 meatballs, each smaller than a tennis ball, but bigger than a golf ball .

Cook meatballs in tomato sauce about 30 minutes.

In a 375 degree oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
