1 Gallon Chopped Cabbage
8 Onions
2 Green Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Salt
8 Green Tomatoes
1 or 2 Summer Squash

Spice Mixture:
5 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
2 tbsp. Mustard Seed
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Celery Seed
5 Cups White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables together, add the salt, cover with ice and let stand for 3 hours.

Heat the spices and vinegar to boiling, then add the chopped ingredients.
Heat until it changes colors.
Pack and seal in jars.
