Bring to Boil:
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water

Mix together:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
˝ tsp salt
˝ baking powder
1 tsp soda

Mix together:
2 eggs
˝ tsp vanilla
˝cup milk
1 tsp vinegar

mix: four mixture and egg mixture together
Pour in cocoa mixture.
mix well

pour into a greased and floured sheet pan and bake 350 degrees for 25 min.

Icing:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp milk
Bring to boil
add 1 pound bag of powder sugar and 1 tsp vanilla stir well and pour over cake
