Cake:
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
¼ tsp salat
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsps cocoa
½ cup milk
3 tbsps melted butter

Topping:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 ½ cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Stir cake ingredients and pour into small cake pan. Mix topping ingredients except for water, and using sifter, pour over cake mixture.

Carefully cover with water. Do not stir.

Bake for 45 minutes or until top springs back.
