1 lb. potatoes
c. onion
3 oz. carrots/celery
2/3 c. fat
1/3 c. flour
6 c. water
3 oz. fresh OR 1 oz. dried mushrooms
salt
1 clove garlic
pinch of marjoram
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Chop onion and vegetables finely and fry in half of the fat. Sprinkle with flour and fry until golden brown. Cover with water, and stir well. Add mushrooms and potatoes. Boil for about 20 minutes. Add garlic crushed with salt (to taste) and marjoram and heat.
Flavor with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
