1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 Medium Onion, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Egg, beaten
10 or 12 crushed Saltines

Topping:
3-5 tbsp. Ketchup
1-2 tbsp. Mustard
2-3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
It should be moist (if not, add a little water)
Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
Take topping ingredients and mix together.
Pour over meat mixture and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
