3 Tbsp. tamari sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. tahini (ground sesame seeds) or almond butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped (dried cilantro works fine)
2 lbs. fish

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except fish.
Put fish on a plate or in a container and pour marinade over it.
Turn fish once. Allow fish to marinate at least 1 hour. Turn fish again.
Cook either broiled in the oven or on the grill.
