1 lb. small cubed ham

1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes

8 eggs scrambled

1 pk country gravy mix (peppered)

16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 stick butter (for potatoes)

1/4 cup milk to scramble eggs

Preheat oven to 350

Directions:
Add butter to skillet and melt. Add hash brown potatoes and cook until crispy. (set aside) Scramble 8 eggs. Pour eggs on top of hash browns. Sprinkle ham cubes on the eggs. Prepare gravy mix to directions on pack. Pour gravy mix on ham. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with breakfast meats and fruit selection
