6 T Crisco Vegetable Shortening
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
5 T Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling:
1 Cup Crisco Vegetable Shortening
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
8 Heaping Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff
Pinch Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Cake:
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt (dry ingredients)
In a separate bowl combine milk and vanilla extract (wet ingredients)
in a mixer, cream together shortening and sugar
Beat in egg
Add remaining ingredients to mixer alternating between wet and dry ingredients in thirds (⅓ wet, ⅓ dry, etc.) until well combined
Drop batter onto greased cookie sheet in 1 tsp rounds
Bake for approximately 6 minutes
Continue process until all batter is cooked (about 30 pair of small cakes)
Filling:
Put all ingredients in mixer and beat until well combined
After cakes are fully cooled, add about 1 T of filling between each pair of cakes
