24 Chicken Wings (about 4 lbs)
1 Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Dry Red Wine
½ Cup plus 1T Sugar
¼ tsp Ground Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Cut off wing tips, reserving them for another use, and halve wings at joint
Arrange wings, skin side down, in a roasting pan larger enough to place all wings in one layer
In a small saucepan heat remaining ingredients to over medium heat just until sugar is dissolved
Pour sauce evenly over the wings and place pan on in center of preheated oven
Bake for 45 minutes
Turn wings over and continue ti bake until sauce is thick and sticky (about 45-60 minutes more)
