1 Cup Sweet Cream
4 TBL Molasses
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Salt
Rind of 1/2 Lemon
3 1/2 Cups Flour or to make a soft dough
