1 Cup Lard
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sweet Cream
4 TBL Molasses
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Salt
Rind of 1/2 Lemon
3 1/2 Cups Flour or to make a soft dough

This was Liz's grandfather Al Paschke's Mothers recipe. Hence the Grandma Paschke's Title. It was found in Hilda's cookbook. This was Hilda's mother in law's recipe.
