1½ c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. apples, pared and finely chopped
3 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in apples, then remaining ingredients. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or at 325º for 50 minutes.
