Ingredients:  
1 package pasta (corkscrew is best)

2 red peppers, seeded and roasted, then chopped

1 jar green pesto

1 container of sun dried tomato feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta.

Roast pepper.

Break feta cheese into small pieces.

Mix all together.

Red Pepper: Core and put on baking sheet. Coat with olive oil, cook at 375 for about 10 minutes.

May not need to use the entire jar of pesto sauce.

Can add cooked chicken.

Good hot or room temperature.
