2 cups chopped fresh broccoli or cauliflower (or both)
cup chopped onion
cup chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
cup bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or spray a pie plate. Spread onion and green pepper over the botton of the pan.

Parboil broccol/cauliflower. Drain well. Mix with 1/2 of the grated cheese and add to the pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate.

Bake until a knife comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Bake at 400 for 35 - 50 minutes.
