2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tblsp mini chocolate chips


1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.

On medium-high speed, beat sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla until frothy (about 2 minutes).

Make well in flour mixture. Pour in egg mixture. Stir just until it blends.

Shape dough into a log. Bake for 30 minutes.

Transfer to wire rack and let cool 10 minutes.

Slice the log. Stand on baking sheet. Bake for 12 more minutes.
