2 c. white sugar
3 c. brown sugar
2 c. shortening or lard
6 t. baking powder
10 c. flour
1 t. black walnut flavoring
6 eggs
3 c. milk
3 t. baking soda
1 T. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and lard. Add beaten eggs and milk with soda. Add flour with baking powder, enough so that spoon will stand up in middle of dough. Drop dough on cookie sheets and bake in 425º oven until light brown.
